Big predator fish use their lateral lines to find prey via low frequency vibrations. Add rubber legs to your fly tying material arsenal and incorporating them in your warmwater flies will lead to more effective patterns when fly fishing bass, pike and muskies. Whether fly fishing for Mississippi River smallmouth bass in Minnesota and Wisconsin or a largemouth bass reservoir in Colorado rubber legs will help you catch more fish.
If you are tying panfish and trout flies, give the small and fine sizes a try. They work great for smaller intricate flies and add killer movement to your flies!
