Standard shipping is free on orders over $75 within the United States. All orders $75 and under will be charged $7.95 for standard shipping. Please inquire for shipping costs on 2-day and overnight shipping options. We normally ship via UPS and USPS.
Canadian shipments are charged a flat rate of of $18.95 for any order amount. Some natural products we may not be able to export out of the United States. Please inquire about expedited options.
International orders will be billed the actual cost of shipping. We will not ship without customer approval if additional shipping costs are needed. We only accept PayPal for payments on international orders. Please note on international orders we are not allowed to ship any natural fly tying materials that are not raised domestically. This means materials that come from any game animals, game birds or waterfowl cannot be shipped overseas. Some examples are elk, deer, duck, goose and grouse materials. Any flies tied with these same products cannot be shipped either. Should your international order contain any of these items we will contact you to come up with a suitable synthetic substitute.
International Shipping Rates will be calculated using the United States Postal Service and an email will be sent with the cost for your approval. The customer is responsible for any duties or customs fees. Once the package arrives in the destination country we can't be responsible for it. Please note delays can be common due to customs inspections.
Returned items will be accepted within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, credit or exchange and must be unused/unworn and include all original packaging material. Items returned with damaged or missing packaging may be subject to a re-stocking fee. Items returned after 30 days are subject to a re-stocking fee. Please include a copy of the receipt, invoice or packing slip to identify your refund. Additionally, include your preference for a refund, credit or exchange.
Special order, sale and clearance items may not be returned unless defective.
Any defective or incorrectly shipped items will be issued a call tag for a no cost return.
