There's a lot going on with the name of this fly the Dally's Lap Dancer Muskie Suckaah, but the other thing going on with it is it catches big fish. Originally designed for the large brown trout of Arkansas' White River, the Lap Dancer is an articulated streamer with a Rainy's foam diving head. The diving head pushes water and the articulated design and hackle wings gives it lots of swimming action. Large bass will eat these flies too. Just look at this as a fly that big gamefish love.
We really like fishing these flies on fast sinking tip fly lines to keep them under the surface and pushing water. They can also be fished on floating lines near the surface.
