Small enough to use on panfish and large enough to catch big bass is a good way to describe this fun top water fly the Pond Skipper from our old buddy Jeff Ward. Its construction of foam and silicone legs keeps it on top of the water and gives it action. Expect big panfish to eat it and don't be surprised if a big 'ol bucketmouth doesn't grab it.
