The Sea Habit Bucktail fly was originally intended as a saltwater fly and it works great as a striper fly or all-purpose saltwater fly but we have found it to be very effective as a bass fly for both smallmouth bass and largemouth bass. It also is a favorite peacock bass fly of ours.
We also love using the Sea Habit Bucktail fly for tarpon in Caribbean destinations like Mexico and Belize.
